2. Return Guidelines

If the item is hygiene-sensitive, it must be thoroughly cleaned before returning to meet the necessary hygiene standards.

Additionally, any defects, damages, or incorrect items must be reported as soon as possible after receiving the product to be considered for a return. It is important to note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and any return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order to be processed successfully.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been reviewed and approved.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the items appear used, damaged, altered, incomplete, or returned in a condition that does not meet the return requirements described in this policy.


3. How to Return an Order

If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the product if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Your full name
  • Your shipping address

To ensure that returns are processed correctly and without unnecessary delays, customers must contact our support team before sending any items back.

All approved returns are handled through our designated returns processing facility in Belgium. To prevent returns from being sent to an incorrect or non-processing location, the exact return address and instructions will be provided by our support team after your request has been reviewed.

Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may experience delays, may not be processed correctly, or may not be eligible for a refund if the parcel cannot be identified or received at the correct facility.

Returned items should be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit. If an item is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging, we may reduce the refund where permitted.


4. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please note that refunds cannot be processed before the returned items are received and inspected by our team, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

To cancel an order, please send an email to info@margoandmain.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If the order has already been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to stop the shipment before delivery. Once the order is delivered, we will assist you with the return process in line with this policy.


5. Shipping and Transit Information

Our products are shipped through our international logistics network, which may result in longer delivery times depending on the destination. Once an order is in transit, we are usually unable to cancel it before delivery.

If you wish to cancel an order that is already in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the item has been delivered, we will provide the appropriate return instructions if your order qualifies for a return.

Please do not send your return to the sender address shown on the parcel unless our support team has confirmed that this is the correct return location. Sending a return to the wrong location may delay or prevent the return from being processed.


6. Processing Refunds

Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
