All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, without prior notice, to reflect market changes, supplier costs, promotions, or other business-related reasons.

Product availability is subject to stock levels, and while we do our best to keep inventory up to date, certain items may become unavailable after you place an order. If an item you purchased is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to select an alternative product or receive a full refund. We do not guarantee that all items listed on our website will always be available for purchase.


3. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team. However, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return an order after receiving it, you must follow our Returns and Refund Policy outlined in Section 5.


4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

We currently deliver to customers within the United States and selected international locations. Orders are fulfilled through our international logistics network and may be dispatched from our designated fulfillment facility in Shenzhen, China.

Estimated delivery times for United States orders are typically 5–14 business days, depending on destination, shipping conditions, customs procedures, and local courier efficiency. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear, especially during the initial stages of shipment.

Delays due to external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, transport disruptions, or courier-related issues are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us so we can assist you in resolving the issue. However, risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier, meaning we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been completed.


5. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

We offer returns in accordance with applicable US consumer protection laws, which may entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund in cases where goods are faulty, defective, or do not match their descriptions.

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition. The cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

All approved returns are handled through our designated returns processing facility in Belgium. To ensure that returns are sent to the correct location and processed without delay, customers must contact our support team first to receive the correct return instructions and return address.

Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may be delayed, may not be processed correctly, or may not be eligible for a refund if the parcel cannot be properly identified or received.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.


6. Intellectual Property and Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, product descriptions, logos, graphics, and trademarks, is either owned by Margo & Main or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written consent.
